Chapin Ambulance is a fully licensed Advanced Life Support ambulance service that provides both BLS and ALS units across Western Massachusetts. Chapin Ambulance provides emergency response and non-emergent transportation, along with standbys and psychiatric transportation.

Chapin Ambulance additionally provides non-emergent stretcher transportation to hospitals and skilled nursing facilities for their patients to travel to-and-from doctor’s appointments and/or dialysis. Special Requests can be made to accommodate certain transports. Chapin Ambulance will also provide long distance transports if contacted well in advance and properly scheduled. Chapin Ambulance does not accommodate non-emergent bariatric patients nor do we offer any chair-van services.
